The Tuner is available now.
If you want to follow this from the field instead of only reading along, this is the instrument we are using.
Download it (it's free), sign in with your Bellweather Project account, and complete Field Certification. That part matters. Maren wrote about observation like it was a muscle, and she was right: untrained observation creates noise. The certification teaches the Tuner how you move, and teaches you how to get a clean reading.
A few practical notes before you start:
You will need location access.
You will need camera access.
Go slowly.
Do not trespass.
Do not put yourself in danger for a reading.
If something nearby is active, the Tuner will tell you.
