Common questions
The Tuner can’t see any Resonance Points near me
Make sure location permission is granted to the Tuner and that your device’s location services are on. Resonance Points are seeded across publicly accessible locations and density varies by region; if your area is sparse, check back as the project expands.
I can’t complete a calibration
Calibration requires good lighting, a flat surface within a few feet, and enough room to circle the Anomaly. If detection is failing repeatedly, restart the Tuner, ensure camera permission is granted, and try again from a slightly different angle.
I forgot my password
Sign-in is handled through Stratis Auth. Use the “forgot password” link on the sign-in screen or email us if you can’t recover your account that way.
How do I delete my account?
See Account Deletion. You can request deletion in-app or by email and we’ll process it within 30 days.
